PRODUCT DESIGN
Complete design service through all stages of product development, from concept to 3D CAD for mass production, functional development to production-ready part designs. Technology optimization for injection molding, die casting, sheet metals, extrusions, and CNC machining.
PROTOTYPING
3D models from assembly, ergonomics and mass production point of view. Building functional, highly detailed 1:1 prototypes ready for product validation. Styling wax modelling and 3D printing of polymers and aluminium, prototype die casting, lasercutting, CNC machining.
MANUFACTURING
We provide a full range of manufacturing services, such as injection molding, aluminum die casting, extrusion, sheet metal stamping, and progressive dies. As well as producing the tooling and parts, we can also assist with component sourcing and the assembly of finished products.

We offer a full range of product design services through all stages of development. We have 15 years of in-depth experience in innovation, Patenting, concept sketching, 3D CAD design, mechanical design, FEA stress simulation, ergonomics, aesthetic surface design and PFMEA. We have designed a wide range of products including sport products, electric scooters, furniture, household goods and many more. We design for efficient manufacturing, our 3D CAD models are designed for easy injection molding and die casting with short injection cycle times and poka yoka assembly.
Functionality is key, but money is king. With our cost engineering knowledge, we can develop a product optimized for sustainable business.
MANUFACTURING
At Accurate Machinery we offer a full range of manufacturing services. We can make one off samples from plastics or metals by CNC milling, with a surface finish of your choice including anodizing, micro-plating, zinc plating, chrome plating or powder coating. If needed we arrange additive polymer prototype printing, silicone vacuum casting of the parts, so your prototype will look and work just like a mass produced product.
We can arrange the production of small batches by CNC milling or CNC turning, laser cutting, plasma cutting. We are very experienced in mass production technologies such as tooling production for plastic injection molding; aluminium dia-casting; steel hot forging; aluminium extrusion, impact exctusion, progressive dies, plastic extrusion, polymer over-molding, and more. We can arrange the complete production process; sourcing of electronic components, sourcing of off-the-shelve components, assembly, quality inspection, packaging and arrange FCL or LCL shipping from China.
